TRAINING OF QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS IS A CHALLENGING PROBLEM

In recent years, large-scale work on the fundamental improvement of personnel training system has been carried out in our country. A number of Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential Decisions and Decrees on the education system, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan were adopted, and the legal and regulatory basis of reforms in this field was strengthened.Abstract
Currently, one of the most important tasks in the education system of our country is to train entrepreneurial, enterprising professionals who can think in a new way, can take responsibility, for all areas of social and economic development. In this regard, President Sh.M. Mirziyoev, in a series of lectures on the field of education, has repeatedly touched on the issues of training modern personnel with innovative and creative thinking, raising young people in the spirit of patriotism and high spirituality, and improving the education system for this purpose.
