THE ROLE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS IN THE INTELLECTUAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS

The article reveals the role of physical culture and sports in the spiritual and moral education of the individual. Definitions of the components of spiritual and moral education (moral, mental, labor, aesthetic) are given. An example from life about the influence of sports on the formation of personality is also given. It is concluded that physical culture and sports have a positive impact on the upbringing of the individual.
