DYNAMICS OF THE LEVEL OF PRO-INFLAMMATORY CYTOKINES IN VARIOUS VARIANTS OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION
Keywords:
As shown by numerous recent studies, the severity of immunoinflammatory reactions in patients with unstable forms of coronary heart disease is higher than in patients with a stable course of the diseaseAbstract
At present, it is inflammation that is considered as one of the leading links in the pathogenesis, course, and prognosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) [1, 2]. It also plays a significant role in the development of acute myocardial infarction (MI) and the outcome of the disease, namely, in the formation of atherothrombosis, alteration, necrosis, and repair, followed by myocardial remodeling [3–5].
