Аннотация

Covid-19 global bozorlarni buzdi, front-line xizmatining raqamli transformatsiyasini tezlashtirdi va xizmat ko'rsatuvchi tashkilotlar, frontline xizmat xodimlari va iste'molchilar o'zaro munosabatlarini o'zgartirdi. Ushbu maqola raqamlashtirish SNtdigital nuqtai nazardan chakana xizmat ishini qanday o'zgartirayotganini o'rganadi. Ushbu maqolaning xizmat ko'rsatish ishini raqamlashtirish bo'yicha davom etayotgan munozaralarga qo'shgan hissasi ikki xildir. Nazariy jihatdan, maqola raqamli texnologiyalar atrofida tashkil etilgan xizmat ishlarini o'rganish va tavsiflash uchun mehnat jarayoni nazariyasiga muqobil asosni taqdim etadi. Ikkinchidan, u xizmat ko'rsatish va hissiy mehnat ko'nikmalari bilan bog'liq atributlar bilan bir qatorda sotuvchilarning xizmat ko'rsatish amaliyotini o'zgartiradigan shartlarni ochib beradi. Tadqiqot shuni ko'rsatadiki, ulangan xizmat uchrashuvi oldingi xizmat ishida yangi rollar va ko'nikmalarni o'z ichiga olgan SNtdigital dialog bilan tavsiflanadi. Umuman olganda, topilmalar raqamlashtirishning xizmatchilar nuqtai nazaridan xizmat va o'zaro ta'sirni qanday o'zgartirishini yaxshiroq tushunishga yordam beradi.
