Additionally, it explores the procedures and requirements for reinstating an advocate's status, including the submission of an application and the decision-making process by the relevant governing body. The importance of upholding professional ethics and actively engaging in legal practice for the maintenance and restoration of an advocate's status is emphasized throughout the annotation
