In order to address these problems, there are several tasks that need to be accomplished. Firstly, there needs to be a focus on improving access to education and training programs. This will help individuals acquire the necessary skills to succeed in the modern labor market. Efforts should also be made to promote lifelong learning, as the skills required in the labor market are constantly evolving.Secondly, there should be a greater emphasis on reducing income inequality. This can be done through progressive taxation, increased minimum wages, and expanded social safety nets.
