This article discusses the population's need for compulsory medical insurance in the context of today's globalization and the urgency of state protection system in the field of medical insurance. It is argued that by the introduction of mandatory medical insurance and implementing it, we can possibly find some solutions to a number of problems accumulated in our medicine. In addition, the cases of international experiences in some developed countries regarding medical insurance are presented here.
