Abstract

Har qanday jarayon yoki faoliyat borki o‘z- o‘zidan bo‘lmaydi bunga ma’lum bir sharoit, eng birinchi o‘rinda qonuniy huquq va erkinlik va mukammal ishlangan reja va g‘oya talab etiladi, shundan keyin qolgani mehnat bilan amalga oshirish mumkin. Shuning uchun ma’lum bir faoliyat turlari borki ularni rivojlantirmasdan iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirib bo‘lmaydi, bunday masalalarni markazida albatta banklar turadi, chunki har qanday masalani yechimi bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash yotadi.
