As shown by numerous recent studies, the severity of immunoinflammatory reactions in patients with unstable forms of coronary heart disease is higher than in patients with a stable course of the disease

Abstract

At present, it is inflammation that is considered as one of the leading links in the pathogenesis, course, and prognosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) [1, 2]. It also plays a significant role in the development of acute myocardial infarction (MI) and the outcome of the disease, namely, in the formation of atherothrombosis, alteration, necrosis, and repair, followed by myocardial remodeling [3–5].
