The Constitution is the main law of our Uzbek people and is the result of our nation's long and arduous search for independence. And determines the mutual relations of the individual, as well as the judicial system and the mutual relations of the state and society. In addition, the Constitution is the legal foundation of our country’s independence, a guarantee of human rights and freedoms, a chain of solidarity, and a criterion of equality.
