Abstract

Eating is one of the basic physiological needs of a living organism. The human body receives proteins, fats, carbohydrates, mineral salts, water, vitamins and substances through food products to restore tissues, replace energy costs, and cover other needs of the body. According to the recommended norm for a healthy person, the amount of animal proteins is 100-200 g, vegetable proteins 40 g, animal fats 85-90 g, vegetable fats 10-15 g, carbohydrates 400-500 g and disaccharides Glucose and sucrose in the form of 50-100g, water is 1700-2000g.
