One of the priority tasks today is the improvement of heat supply. Of the total amount heat energy consumed in the construction and operation of buildings today, 90% is used for heating and hot water supply, which is 2 times more than in Western European countries. A special place in the solution of this problem is given to the reconstruction of the operated fund of residential and public buildings. Therefore, the work proposes measures that can be implemented at the lowest cost.
