Ushbu ilmiy maqolada “atom xavfsizligi” tushunchasi, yadro xavfsizligi xalqaro atom agentligining vazifa va maqsadlari, atom energiyasi xavfsizligi nima uchun zarurligi, atom energiyasi xavfsizligini ta’minlashda muhim rol o’ynovchi konvensiyalar, xalqaro shartnomalar, xalqaro tashkilotlarning missiyalari, xalqaro konvensiyalar orqali kelajakda kelib chiqishi mumkin bo’lgan atom xavfining va uning oqibatlarining oldini oluvchi va unga tizimli yechim beruvchi hujjatlar o’rganib chiqildi. Va bu sohadagi muammolar keng yoritildi.
