Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kovul (Capparis spinosa L.)o‘simligining tarqalish hududlari va dorivorlik xususyatlari,tabobatda qo‘llanilishi haqida, olimlar tomonidan yaratilgan capers navini biologik va kimyoviy moddalar asosida konserva maxsuloti ishlab chiqarish uchun retseptni sinov asosida tahlil qilish va tanlash jarayoni adabiyotlar asosida o‘rganilib ma’lumotlar keltirilgan.
