Treatment tactics are even more diverse for combined injuries of the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space and unilateral fractures of the lower limb. Some authors prefer conservative treatment, others, if conservative treatment fails, resort to surgery, and others use a combination of surgical methods with conservative ones.
