Аннотация

Glyukoneogenez ochlik paytida qonda glyukoza miqdorini normallashtirib turadigan mitoxondriya va sitozoldagi reaksiyalarga aytiladi. Glyukoneogenez jarayoni mahalliy yoki markaziy ( insulin, glyukagon va kortizol) tomonlama boshqarib turiladi. Rag’batlantiruvchi va ingibirlovchi gormonlar o’rtasidagi muvozanat glyukoneogenez tezligini tartibga solib turadi. Jigar va buyraklar turli to’qimalarni aylanma qon glyukoza bilan ta’minlaydigan organlardir. Turli to’qimalarda ochlik vaqtida glyukoza hosil qilish uchun ko’plab mexanizmlar mavjud bo’lib, ularning to’g’ri ishlashi uchun yetarli energiya darajasini saqlab turadi.
