Abstract

Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini xalqaro standart talablari asosida ishlab chiqarish, mahsulotlar ta’minoti, xavfsizligi va sifatini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Xalqaro standartlar, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarish, qayta ishlash va iste’molchiga taqdim etish markazlarida o‘tkaziladigan amallarni rivojlantirish uchun muhim talablarni aniqlaydi.

Asosiy bo‘lgan talablardan birinchisi, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqarishda qo‘llanadigan xom ashyolarning sifatli va xavfsiz bo‘lishidir.
