Change is inevitable in today's dynamic business landscape, yet it often encounters resistance within organizations, impeding progress and hindering growth. This article explores effective strategies for overcoming resistance to change within companies. Drawing upon interdisciplinary research and practical insights from organizational psychology and management studies, this paper delineates proactive approaches to address resistance at various organizational levels. It examines the psychological dynamics underlying resistance, including fear of the unknown, loss aversion, and cognitive biases, and proposes tailored interventions to mitigate these barriers. Furthermore, the article highlights the importance of leadership communication, employee involvement, and fostering a culture of adaptability in facilitating successful change initiatives.
