Reading is a fundamental skill that unlocks a world of knowledge, fosters imagination, and ignites a lifelong love of learning. However, for many primary school children, picking up a book can feel like a chore rather than an exciting adventure. This dissertation explores the importance of fostering a love of reading in young children and proposes practical strategies that educators and parents can implement to transform reluctant readers into bookworms
