This article contains information about foreign countries, including the United States, Great Britain, Germany, ways to regulate investment activities in France, China, Japan have been studied. Based on the world practice of attracting investments in the economy, the state it is necessary to create a clear and stable legislative framework, to establish investment activities specifically in the person of competent authorities, first of all, the state regulation of it is stated that it is necessary to develop an appropriate system.
